Summer Dinner on the Farm: BBQ Edition

Summer Dinner on the Farm, our favorite evening of the summer, is a fundraising dinner held at The Patachou Foundation Urban Farm, located at our headquarters on 46th Street. 

Experience a BBQ edition of our signature Summer Dinner on the Farm, curated by guest Chef Adrian Lipscombe, a sixth-generation pit master and native Texan. In collaboration with The Patachou Foundation’s culinary team, Chef Adrian will present a multi-course meal showcasing her barbecue expertise, with locally sourced meats and fresh seasonal produce, including from our urban farm. 

ABOUT ADRIAN
A native Texan, Adrian (@adie_eats) opened Uptowne Café restaurant on the Northside of La Crosse, WI, as a catalyst for urban change, working with the community to help revitalize the area. Adrian was featured at The Patachou Foundation’s February 2024 Speakers Forum for her 40 Acres Project. She also appeared recently as a guest chef at the White House and on Willie Nelson’s estate.
